The following page lists the VERS compliance status of products that meet the requirements of one or more of the Specifications under PROS 99/007: Standard for the Management of Electronic Records.

Please note:

• All new products must be tested and certified by PROV to attain VERS compliance (PROV certified)
• New versions of previously certified products should be tested and re-certified by PROV only if changes have been made that may affect VERS compliance.
• New versions of previous certified products may be self-certified where changes made to a new version do not affect the product’s VERS compliance. For information on the self-certification process and to download the Statement of Compliance, see the Self Certification page.

Agencies should note that when PROV tests a product we test its VERS Compliance. We do not test its records management functionality, nor do we consider how the user interface operates.
