Use PRO 46B Request for a Disposal Authority – Appraisal Report (Single Instance) Form to record the appraisal results of the records not covered by a Retention and Disposal Authority (RDA). Form PRO 46B must be completed for each of the record types requested for appraisal.
This form is to be accompanied by a PRO 46A Request for Disposal Authority (Single Instance) Form.
