(To access a saved draft application visit the Grants Online Login page.)
Applications close 5pm Monday 30 November 2015
Information for applicants
The application process has changed since previous years – all applications must now be submitted online.
The online form must be completed by a person authorised to submit the application on behalf of the applicant organisation. The online system allows applications to be saved at any stage and completed later. We recommend that applicants start the process early to allow sufficient time to obtain necessary supporting documents.
Applicants will need to register as a user in order to ‘Save as Draft’ or ‘Submit’ an application form. If you are already a Grants Online registered user, you will be directed to enter your username and password. If you are not a Grants Online registered user, you will be directed to create a username and password.
Before you start, we strongly recommend you read the Application Guidelines which have been created to support your application.
A list of Frequently Asked Questions is also available.
If you require further information or assistance submitting your application, please call the Grants Information Line on 1300 366 356 on any weekday between 8.30am and 5.00pm (except Public Holidays) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Already received funding from a previous round?
All successful Local History Grants awarded funding are required to complete the following reporting in accordance with their grants Agreement. All reports are provided in word format.
- Progress Reports
These reports should be completed at six month intervals after receipt of funding for the duration of the project. Click on the link to download the Progress Report.
- Project Variation
Requests for project variations (timeframes, products, budget etc.) can be made via the Project Variation Form.
- Final Report and Accountability Statement
A final report and accountability statement must be completed once the project has concluded. It includes details of what items or services were purchased with the funds and the events or programs it supported. Where your organisation has been Fund Managed or auspiced, the authorised contact officer from that organisation will be required to sign the expenditure statement. Click on the link to download the Project Completion Report.
- Acknowledgements Advice
Projects should (where possible) acknowledge the support of the Victorian Government by displaying or printing the Victorian Government and Public Record Office Victoria logos, and including a written acknowledgement.
