Work-life balance

We make every effort to create a flexible working environment by offering a range of benefits to ensure that you feel supported in both your professional and personal lives. These include access to our Employee Assistance Program, flexible start and finishing times, job sharing, compressed hours and the ability to work from home. We also provide up to 8 weeks of additional leave, family violence leave and parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.

Learning and development

We are passionate about developing our people. To further enhance your knowledge and skills, we provide a comprehensive training and development program tailored to your needs. We also offer opportunities such as mentoring, coaching, conference attendance and leadership development, as well as a generous study assistance program.

Inclusive Environment

We are committed to celebrating and supporting all forms of diversity at PROV and in the wider community.

We proudly support the LGBTI community and endeavour to foster a safe and inclusive workplace for all LGBTI employees. To achieve this we have kick-started a number of initiatives including LGBTI awareness training for all employees, our annual LGBTI fundraiser on Wear it Purple Day and the establishment of the PROV Pride Network.

We also aim to celebrate the diverse cultural, ethnic, national and linguistic backgrounds of our employees through our active Cultural Diversity Plan, as well as through informal events such as Harmony Day, where everyone is invited to bring a plate of traditional food to share.

We are committed to promoting a culture of inclusiveness and respect at PROV and welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, members of the LGBTI community, people of all cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people with a disability. Please see our Vacancies page for more information.

In 2017 PROV was awarded for fostering an inclusive workplace through the Australian Workplace Equality Index Awards 2017.
