Public Record Office Victoria and the Centre for Cultural Materials Conservation has developed  this tool to assist groups to care for their own archival collections.

The video, entitled Brush vacuuming for archival collections,  provides some basic training on cleaning dust and mould from volumes and documents with brush vacuuming equipment, presented by Marika Kocsis, Paper and Book Conservator, Centre for Cultural Materials Conservation, The University of Melbourne.

Material in the Public Record Office Victoria archival collection contains words and descriptions that reflect attitudes and government policies at different times which may be insensitive and upsetting

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples should be aware the collection and website may contain images, voices and names of deceased persons.
