This series comprises the original drafts and amendments of Parliamentary Bills all or most of which incorporate ministerial notes, comments, correspondence and related papers.

Files were originally maintained in numbered bundles surrounded by brown paper but were placed in boxes prior to their transfer to archives.

Recordkeeping system

Each of the original bundles was allocated a sequential number prefaced by the letters E.B.
