The records in this series relate to the Office of the Administrator's administration and disposal of residual State Electricity Commission of Victoria (SECV) and Gas and Fuel Corporation properties. The records are chiefly correspondence but also include copies of signed contracts, mortgage deeds, SECV property allocation details and fixed asset listings. The records include reference to property sales and leases. The greatest proportion of the records relate to Latrobe Valley properties, but also include records relating to Monash House, 452 Flinders Street and the Port Melbourne/Fishermen's Bend Workshops.
