This series registered and summarised contracts let by the City of Geelong West. Contract registers were to specify the several works to be done and the materials to be furnished and the prices to be paid for the same and the times within which the said works are to be completed and the said materials to be furnished. This series comprises a contract book, a contract ledger and a contract register. They contain similar information for different periods of time.How to use the records
These records are not available at Public Record Office and are available through the Geelong Heritage Centre, 51 Little Malop Street, Geelong.These records have been serialised as part of the PROV Distributed Network Place of Deposit program.
