This series consists of volumes recording the visits of official visitors to the Bendigo Industrial School (see Department of Industrial and Reformatory Schools, VA 1466). The visitor’s books record comments of the official visitors on conditions at the school. Post-1885 entries relate to the official visitors to Bendigo Benevolent Asylum (VA 1275).
