This series comprises volumes of reports concerning patient safety, service improvement, quality assurance activities, clinical governance and patient care at The Royal Melbourne Hospital (VA 1048). Also included are examples of clinical programs and services, community and patient activities and statistics, and staff support initiatives. The reports were produced annually. 

Prior to transfer to Public Record Office Victoria, the records in this series were maintained as part of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Archives.
